Payment

1. We accept all major credit/debit cards. To preserve your privacy, Amples LLC will be the business name that appears on your card.

2. We also accept money order and personal check. Please: lovesexydollscom@gmail.com for instruction.

 

Order Processing

1. When we receive full payment, we will begin manufacturing a totally brand new doll. Usually it will take 4-5 business days for production. All our dolls are made to order, not laying in a warehouse collecting dust in a corner. We give each order the personal attention it deserves.
2. Actual photo confirmation of your doll will be sent to you when it is finished and before we ship it to you. When you confirm that everything is fine, we will ship it out. If we do not receive verification within 24 hours after we send photos of items to you, we will automatically ship the package.
3. Send tracking number to you when the package is shipped. The package is shipped by FedEx. Usually it will take 6-8 business days for delivery. 

Cancellation

1. Any order can be cancelled within 2 hours with full refund. Contact us via email:

2. Any cancellation over the 2 hours window will deduct 20% of payment as compensation and the customer will receive 80% refund of the payment. The 80% refund will be refund back to your original payment method.

Return

1. Please inspect the doll as soon as you receive it to verify all parts are included. If there are any issues or damages, please email us so we can help you.
2. In the event you must return the doll for replacement or exchange, please make sure the doll is in totally brand new and not used condition. A doll that has been opened or used is not a returnable item.
3. We are able to accept returns up to 14 days after the package has been delivered with the doll in totally brand new and not used condition.
4. The refund for return: customer will receive 70% payment refund. We will charge 30% restock fee.
